Im Hochschwarzwald ticken die Uhren anders, denn hier liegt die Kraft in der Ruhe. Im Einklang mit der Natur des Hochschwarzwalds und in einer der höchstgelegenen Brauerei Deutschlands lassen wir uns Zeit für ein gutes Bier – weit weg von der Hektik.

Mit den besten Zutaten aus der Region – in Ruhe auserwählt: Qualitätsmalz aus der Region, Aromahopfen aus der Hallertau und Tettnang und Hefe aus eigener Reinzucht. Mit frischem, kristallklarem Brauwasser aus den sieben eigenen Quellen direkt hier vor Ort. Gebraut in aller Ruhe von Menschen, die wissen, dass ein Gutes einfach Zeit braucht. Mit höchster Sorgfalt und jahrelanger Erfahrung geben sie unserem Bier die Zeit, die es braucht: Nämlich bis zu 6 Wochen Reifezeit.

Und damit das auch so in Zukunft bleibt, arbeiten wir an zahlreichen Projekten zur CO²-Reduzierung mit dem Ziel der Energieautarkie. So geben unserer Natur so viel Ruhe, wie möglich und alle kommen in den Genuss der Schwarzwälder Ruhe – mit jeder Flasche Rothaus-Bier.
