Mit den besten Zutaten aus der Region – in Ruhe auserwählt: Qualitätsmalz aus der Region, Aromahopfen aus der Hallertau und Tettnang und Hefe aus eigener Reinzucht. Mit frischem, kristallklarem Brauwasser aus den sieben eigenen Quellen direkt hier vor Ort. Gebraut in aller Ruhe von Menschen, die wissen, dass ein Gutes einfach Zeit braucht. Mit höchster Sorgfalt und jahrelanger Erfahrung geben sie unserem Bier die Zeit, die es braucht: Nämlich bis zu 6 Wochen Reifezeit.
Und damit das auch so in Zukunft bleibt, arbeiten wir an zahlreichen Projekten zur CO²-Reduzierung mit dem Ziel der Energieautarkie. So geben unserer Natur so viel Ruhe, wie möglich und alle kommen in den Genuss der Schwarzwälder Ruhe – mit jeder Flasche Rothaus-Bier.

Britzingen Markgräflerland eG
The artisanal winemaking tradition of our winemaking families dates back more than 12 centuries; the care taken in tending the vines and the eye for quality have been an integral part of the Markgräfler way of life for generations.
The producers’ cooperative, which has been active for 75 years, has 140 members who cultivate approximately 200 hectares of vineyards in the Black Forest foothills. Sustainable farming practices that treat the resources of our homeland with care—particularly protecting the groundwater and the diverse flora and fauna—are a matter of course in Britzingen.

With SOLINK, Consolar offers an innovative PVT air-brine collector. It harvests both solar energy and ambient heat while simultaneously generating solar electricity from the same surface area. Combined with heat pumps, SOLINK increases overall system efficiency and enables highly sustainable heating solutions for residential and commercial buildings. The technology combines photovoltaics and ambient heat utilization in a single system, delivers maximum energy yield per roof area and requires significantly less installation space than other PVT systems. This makes SOLINK particularly suitable for buildings with limited roof space while supporting the decarbonization of both new-build and renovation projects. Since 2024, SOLINK has been manufactured in Germany, ensuring the highest quality standards and short supply chains.
