Presenting Author Discount

Presenting authors may benefit from the exclusive presenting‑author discount in addition to the early‑bird rate. Please note that only one author — the presenting author for the oral or poster presentation — can make use of this discount. Co-authors are welcome to register  for the conference as well, but are not eligible to this benefit.

 

Low-Income Country Discount

General Rate for Students

We are thrilled to offer a highly reduced fee for Bachelor's and Master's students to participate in our conference and visit many of our dedicated sessions for young researchers and emerging professionals and get in touch with professors and experts in the field from all over the world.

Here are some key facts and conditions for this registration rate:

  • Students need to provide an up-to-date certificate of enrollment where it is clearly visible they are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme
  • This discount does not apply to PhD students
  • This discount does not apply to students who will present a paper at EuroSun2026. They will have to register as Professionals.

What is included in EuroSun2026 registration fees?

EuroSun2026 Fees Include:

  • Welcome reception with drinks and canapés on Monday evening, 14 September 2026
  • Daily Coffee/tea breaks and a light lunch in the Prometheus Hall from 15 – 17 September 2026
  • Farewell reception with drinks and canapés on Thursday evening, 17 September 2026
  • Inclusion of accepted abstracts in the EuroSun2026 digital program
  • Admission to all plenary sessions, keynote lectures, side events, oral presentations and poster sessions
  • PDF version of presentations (for oral presenters who grant permission), available to registered participants on the conference platform after the conference
  • Inclusion of full paper (pre-review version) on the conference platform, available to registered participants before and after the conference
  • Publication fee for completed papers in the ISES Conference Proceedings database (Note: Full papers undergo peer review and will only be published if accepted.)
  • Certificate of attendance

NEW! Mutual ticket acceptance between EuroSun & SolarPACES

Participants from one event will be granted access to the other event. Following conditions apply:

  • The participant must first collect the name tag at the conference where they are registered. 
  • To enter the second conference, participants must present their ticket together with a valid ID. 
  • The ticket must be valid for that specific day. The organizers will contact the other event to review the ticket's validity.
    Access includes: 
    - Conference sessions
    - Poster and exhibition areas
    - Regular daily catering
    Access does not include: 
    - Access to social and side events (e.g. welcome reception, dinner, technical tour)
    - Access to internal conference databases (e.g. abstracts, poster PDFs, presentation PDFs, participant lists)

Special events that require conference registration can only be booked for the conference for which the participants purchased their ticket (e.g. Young Professionals Dinner, Technical Tours). Papers may only be presented at the event for which they were originally accepted.
